Old Bexley and Sidcup residents are welcome to contact us or our Councillors for advise on local matters. See our Ward pages for examples of our community based successes.

Members and their guests are welcome to attend our many social events, whilst members under 30 years of age can also join Bexley Conservative Future. All members are welcome and encouraged to join our regular policy forums where we discuss Conservative policies, the results of which are passed back to Conservative HQ. Lastly, members over 18 years old may wish to participate in our cash prize draw.

James Brokenshire MP
Minister of State for Immigration (2014-)

James has been our Member of Parliament since May 2010. Previously he was the Member of Parliament for Hornchurch and Rainham, and in 2006 he joined the shadow Cabinet as minister for Home Affairs. He has been the Minister for Crime Prevention (2010-11) and then Security Minister at the Home Office (2011-14). Locally James has campaigned on issues such as crime, asylum and immigration and keeping healthcare facilities at Queen Mary's Hospital. Before becoming involved in politics, James was a partner at a large international law firm. He lives in Bexley with his wife and three children.
